How to solve this error 13568 (ntfrs) for windows 2003

Hi
I am getting this problem - Event id 13568 , its ntfrs problem for windows 2003 server
User cant logon to server, they cant get any share, Server is slow as well. when i restart the server. everything fine for 1 or 2 days then again this problem started.
All microsoft solution is for widows 2000 server, but our server is windows 2003 .
and for this problem, veritas backup exe is not workign as well
