SQL 2005 Workgroup does not Install properly with SBS 2003-R2 Premium

I just Upgraded a WIndows Server 2003 Standard to WIndows Small Business Server 2003-R2 Premium.  When I installed SQL 2005  Workgroup , it goes through all of the motions but does not install properly.  Under Start -> Program Files -> All I see is Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and not the SQL Server 2005 Workgroup Edition.Start Free Trial
