Outlook 2003 - #5.5.0 smtp;550 error for some outgoing emails

Hi,
Receiving 'undeliverable' on some sent emails with message:  <sbs2003.server123.com #5.5.0 smtp;550 bosauthsmtp08: Host 65.218.179.146: No unauthenticated relaying permitted>.  The error is not because of the receiver, b/c I'm able to send to the email address (same email) from a sep.-off-network account. The computer is using outlook2003, has a Personal Folder & a Mailbox (on exchange).

The other computers on this network aren't having this problem.  This computer (laptop) is new and I just created the account (following the same steps as I did in the past).  The one and only diference is, the server has been moved to a new location (along with all the machines, including the problem laptop).
