I would upgrade to WSUS 3.0 and use wsusutil movecontent

C:\Program Files\Update Services\Tools>wsusutil movecontent D:\NewUpdateFolder\

What glennpratt posted is essentially correct... however, WHY have you no space on C:? Is it JUST the fault of WSUS? OR are other things on c: like the pagefile, the Exchange Databases, and the MSDE databases? I would suggest you review my document on boot drive size which will give you about 20 things you can move off the C: drive to recover space.
