Cannot see devices in MobileAdmin
When I access the MobileAdmin application to perform a remote wipe of a device. I get the following message, Failed to access user's Mailbox, verify that the mailbox and user account are enabled and functional. " I have followed the steps in KB916960. I am accessing the application via the administrator account.
Any ideas?
Any ideas?
It appears to me that the ActiveSync MobileAdmin tool will allow you access to wipe devices on Exchange servers in the same AD Site as the MobileAdmin tool, but not anything on Exchange servers outside the AD site.

The tool is in the same domain and I did disable SSL prior to submitting the question.

Please unistall the application and then follow the exact steps listed in the blog post I linked above to reinstall.
