Multiple services will not start

Hi Experts,
I am in bit of a bind trying to figure out what is wrong with a server.  For what ever reason I have several services that will not start.  It appears to have all started when I updated the ESM firmware.  The clients at the office where the server is located works fine, but nobody can get in to the system from the other locations (via T1) because ISA is not starting as well.  Below is a list of all the services that will not start.

Microsoft Firewall
Microsoft ISA Server Control
Microsoft Scheduled Cache Content Download
Microsoft Web Proxy

Routing and Remote Access
