Exchange has stopped sending/delivering emails

I'm running SBS 2003 Service Pack , Exchange 2003 Service Pack 1 also, and am having problems with not being able to send/receive emails.  If I reboot the server, email starts working again.  I have to reboot about every 2 days.  I have 2 GB of memory and have noticed prior to reboot the memory is down to under 200 MB.    I know my Exchange database was reaching the 16GB max and I changed the deleted items retention days from 30 to 14 but I'm still having problems.Start Free Trial
