SBS 2003 change users email address

Asked by Geneyes008 in SBS Small Business Server, Microsoft Server

I have a user who was a consultant, now an employee.  I would like to change the email address and username to reflect this.  I searched and found a answer that referenced the ADU&C, I went in there but could not find this user.  I also noticed that there are a few users who show up under server manager, but not in AD.
