Well, I clicked on the link and it said that there is no additional information. Do you think its because there is only 2GB of disk space left on the C drive?

I keep getting this error on my SBS03 box..

It very well could be. That's really not enough.
You need to move the data files to another partition. See http://sbsurl.com/movedata
Also, if you aren't running a successful SBS NTBackup your Exchange Logs are probably not being deleted, which can take up a lot of space.

You don't need to check. My comment was that you need to be running a successful Backup which will automatically delete them. (if you really want to look at them, you'll find them in C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\MDBDATA, but you don't delete them... it's done by the backup process).
Are you using the built-in SBS Backup?

Ok, the backups are successful and I moved some of the data files to clear up and additonal almost 3 gigs of space. What I realized was and not sure if this relates I installed a tool that was recommended to my by a user on this site the day before the issue arrose whihc was Jan 8. The issue staring popping up in my logs jan 9. I installed the following tool http://home.ubalt.edu/pcsa
