I have a client who has a SBS 2003 server set up which is very reliable except for one thing.
When the built in fax server sends a fax to one perticular reciepient it states that it hasn't sent the fax. It then retries this another 4 times and then gives up. The issue is that it has in fact sent the fax but there seems to be a communication problem between the two machines.
I have also tries faxing the same number from my SBS server and get the same result.
I know that you may all say "get the third party to fix their machine" but I am just wondering if there is anything that I should try in the first instant or wether I should go with my gut instinct and tell my client that their server is fine and it's the third party that has a problem.
What do you ll think?
