Transfer FSMO roles from SBS 2003 R2 to second Domain Controller (Windows Server 2003 R2)

Hi Experts,

We currently have the one domain controller which is running on SBS 2003 R2, but we would like to add a second Domain Controller for backup and redundancy by setting up one of our Windows Server 2003 R2 member servers as another domain controller. The servers are part of the same Domain, however ive read on here and on the web that with SBS 2003 the  server MUST hold all of the FSMO roles & you cannot move these to the second DC, but the second DC can still be a DNS, DHCP and Global Catalog server, & if the sbs server fails you still lose the FSMO and will still have problems, but Im reading conflicting information on this, can any one confirm this is true?.

Can you tansfer FSMO roles from SBS 2003 R2 to a member Windows 2003 R2 server?
