Mail sent through an Exchange2003 contact duplicates in Blackberry account

Hi Guys
I have an SBS2003R2SP2 server running Exchange2003SP2 and also ISA2004SP3

We have 3 users who run Blackberry accounts and need their email sent to handsets as well as the normal mailbox. We acheived this (on our small scale) by creating Exchange Contacts with Blackberry mailbox addresses and then creating forwarders in the user accounts to forward mail to the Contact entries as well as mailboxes. This worked fine until we had to rebuild the server after a hard disk failure.

The reinstalled system is configured in exactly the same way but ONE of the three users receives duplicate email in his blackberry account. One email with the correct content the other with a blank message and a winmail.dat file. It doesn't matter which Blackberry I point the contact entry to the dups still appear. Yet all other accounts work correctly.

I have seen one other person with this exact problem over on SmallBusServer.net he says it started over the last 2 weeks which coincides with my server problems. Is this the result of an update or something ??

Can anyone through any light on this please.

Regards
Trevor
