Blind carbon copy recepients can not receive mails

We have a exchange 2003 running on Windows server 2003 (SBS). Mails fetch in to global mail box throug a pop3 connector. All users in the domain can not receive mails when their name appear on Bcc field. Those mail deliver to postmaster account. Please help on this matterStart Free Trial
