I have sbs2003 and Exchange 2003. Up until 2/28 at ~2:00 PM, everything has worked fine for 2 years. Suddenly users can no longer receive emails from external. I used telnet to connect and send an email and I got the "Message queued for delivery" message, but it never went through. Outgoing works fine. Here's the kicker: still receiving SPAM in the Junk Email folder. This is for all 7 users in the company.
