Windows Server 2003 for Small Business doesn't restart.

Hello Guys

I have a Windows Server 2003 for Small Business SP1. I have installed it and everything went fine. However, after a few days operation I had to restart it and I found it doest. All I get is a blue screen which is too fast to be read. It can only load windows if i press F8 for a previous state.

any idea?
