SBS 2003 R2 - a user just got married.  Best way to change her username / forward old mail to new address, etc?

Asked by babaganoosh in SBS Small Business Server, Exchange Email Server, Windows 2003 Server

I could have sworn I posted this question last week, but don't see it.

in sbs 2003 R2.  a user got married - from jane doe to jane smith.  is there an easy way / how do you deal with:

changing her login from jdoe to jsmith
keep her my docs / desktop / favorites as is (she only logs into 1 pc and we just redirect my docs, not desktop or anything else.
forward new incoming jdoe mail into jsmith mailbox
let her have all her inbox, sent, contact, calendar, just as it is with old name (copy mailbox?  rename mailbox?)

what else?

kinda when user a is fired and user b takes their place in the exact role / should have everything that user A had.
