Windows Mobile 6.0 Synchronization Problems

Small Business Server 2003 Premium, SP2 plus Server 2003 SP3
Exchange 2003, SP2

Mobile Devices = Palm Treo 700 and AT&T 8525

Most of the time the mobile devices synchronoize with the Exchange Server 2003 (ES3) properly.
However, about every 5-7 days the mobile devices will stop synchronizing.
The temporary/quick fix solution is to re-start the Exchange Server.
