No Connectivity To Server

Tornado came through Atlanta Friday night and caused power outages (among other things). We lost power but didn't know it until arriving at the office Monday morning and found the server powered off. Pushed the power button to bring it back up. It came up but none of the workstations could access the shares or drives or other resources (Exhcange). We have 5 workstation. They all can get on the Internet but can not talk to the server. From the server, I can ping the workstations with hostname and IP. I can not, however, ping the server from the workstations. We use static IPs on all the workstations. We got a good backup on Friday before the power outage, so I could restore the System State if necessary, though I'm not certain that is needed.
