Missing folder in Sharepoint.  How do I restore Sharepoint from the Small Business Server backup?

I got called into a business that has a missing folder in their sharepoint site.  They don't know what happened they just know the folder isn't available from the quick launch links.  I've looked around briefly for the folder in question and haven't found it.  I cannot find a backup of their sharepoint site, but I have access to full server backups from the NT Backup utility.  How do I restore sharepoint from these backups?  Start Free Trial
