Replacing old SBS 2003 server

Old SBS 2003 server being replaced by new SBS 2003 server (Newer hardware)
1. Can I transfer additional licences from old to new?
2. How to create/recreate Exchange information
3. Do I manually recreate all users/groups?
4. Could I just restore "System State" backup if the hardware is different?
5. If I turn off old server, can the new server have the same name/address, etc?Start Free Trial
