Install Exchange and ISA in windows sbs 2003

Hi
I will explain my current scenario
1) i have a new dell server power edge 1900 server
2) the server has one nic.

My client want's to have ISA firewall installed and so as exchange 2003. without knowing that standard does not come with firewall they bought the software.
I know that we need to install exchange first before ISA
i have ordered for the udpagrade version of sbs 2003 standard to premium which i will be recieving in a few days time.
can some one let me me know should i first install the exchange and then do the upgrade to premium version else i should do the upgrade and then do the exchange install.

i know how to install the sbs and then configure dns,dhcp and AD. can you let me know how to install the exchange in the sbs 2003 and then upadgrade to premium verion and also ISA. and what are the rules i should set. as the same server is hosting exchange and ISA will there be any problem.
and the server also has only one nice card. and the insternet is connected to the switch where all the users and servers are connected.
also do i need any public IP address if so how do i set it so i can recieve emails from outside.

I know this sounds a lot. if i can get the answer i can give any number of points.
