I am gettingthis since I upgraded to Sharepoint 3.0 and SBS 2003 SP1. I searched the web for answers and some suggetsed memory problems with some of the SQL DBs, so i limited memory useage for them - helped keeping the memory low, but didn't fix the problem. here is the whole text of the message - I am getting many of those (at least 50 a day:
"The description for Event ID ( 2803 ) in Source ( MSSQL$MICROSOFT##SSEE ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: 1, SQL Plans."
It doesn't cause any problems (that I am aware of), but I still wnat to fix it - sounds like some msg dll might be missing and SQL can't find the text for the event id.....
Any help is greatly appreciated.
