Workgroup clients can access domain shares

Hello,
I have a client running SBS2003 SP2 as PDC.  6 XP SP2 users logon to domain and share files and printers.  Security and permissions are set by user name.  All is fine here.

Also have 3 users in a seperate (distinctly named) workgroup that all share each others printers and some files between themselves.  Workgroup users are limited user accounts.

Everyone on network receives ip addresses from router which is DHCP server.

Problem is that the workgroup users can see & access any and all files and folder on the network shares if they browse network through windows explorer.
How can this be and how can it be stopped?
Thank you all for being so much smarter than me.  I have been looking for information on this and can find nothing.
