upgrade xp to win server 2003

Hi
i have a sbs server with 1tb of disk and 2gb of ram..it was 2003 server then i formated it to install xp because at the moment my mail server cannot be installed on win 2003 server then i purchased a new mail server and now i want to upgrade my os from xp  sp2  to win 2003 r2 i want to do this without formatting my disk and loose all my settings and files...
