Configure Email & Internet Wizard not working

TechSoEasy and other SBS gurus, I need your help please !!!

I've got a problem with a client's SBS 2003.

They've moved from old server hardware to new server hardware and followed the instructions to the letter as per the MS KB

The issue now is that they have moved all the Exchange boxes to the new server, no problem.

However, when they run the CIEW, it crashes out when trying to configure the Network Connections.

Here's a snippet from the log file

It's causing a big problem and I can't work it out, nor can Google so I'm pleading for some expert knowledge on this, Jeff, I know you're the Guru on this.
