How do you change a user mailbox?

Hi! I have a question I have a user on our server that has his own email acct. by defalt. He moved to a diff department and now they want him on a group acct. The way it is now is User@domain.net and needs to be changed to department@domain.net. I tryed to forword the emails to the department acct but nothing. I looked at a user acct in the department and in the mailbox title it has the department name not the user name. I guess my question is how do I change the name on the mailbox title to the department.Start Free Trial
