Mail queue problem

HI, i always Send email to my Gmail and yahoo account from our company exchange server.
Today, i dont know what happeded, when i am sending email to gmail and yahoo account, its just queueing in the exchange server.

but i can send email to other account ( any email address)

why this problem happenning ??

NOte: i send email early morning aswell. ( Here, as a programmer, while developing a shoping cart, i was sending email to my gmail account from localhost to test the programm.( its my development pc, This Pc is added a trusted Relay in the server, I have send email from this pc aswell from this morning, but suddently , email is just  queing in the server. now i cant send email from outlook aswell to my gmail or yahoo, its just queueing( i tryed to send email via my programm to these email address ( gmail and yahoo, after that its start to queueing)
