SBS 2003 Backup Fail

So for the past couple of days the SBS 2003 Backup has been failing. I've been able to run a few successful jobs. When I go and directly open the script.bks file there are two lines at the bottom that say something about JET. Somebody told me once to remove those and it would fix. I'm still having problem and would like to know if anybody has any suggestions.

Script.Bks:
SystemState
C:\
D:\
F:\ /Exclude
F:\ServerBackup\Backup Files\ /Exclude
JET SVR01\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group\
JET SVR01\Microsoft Information Store\Recovery Storage Group\

It looks as if it can't actually locate the backup file. Re-run the backup configuration in Server Management.
