Can not access certain https-Sites

Hi experts,

I'm running a small network based on MS Windows SBS 2003. My clients are Windows XP and Windows Vista Professional.

My problem is that I can not connect to https://owa.eu.dodea.edu when I'm logged in as domain user (though having admin rights).
However, connecting to lots of other https addresses works fine. It's just the mentioned address that does not come up ("Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage").

Weird: If I login directly on a client computer (no domain user) I can access the site without problems.

I have the feeling that this behavour is somehow connected to Group policies...
As I'm not an expert in SBS administration, could somebody please help?
