IIS Setup for test sites on SBS2003

I have IIS 6 running on SBS 2003. I want to create a site for all our testing requirements so that other LAN users can see them. At present I have 'Default Web Site' on port 80. I have created a virtual directory under here but can not access it via another PC on the LAN. I can access 'companyweb' the default sharepoint site set up by sbs, so connection is working OK.Start Free Trial
