Can't access OWA and RWW from internet

Asked by K2NS in SBS Small Business Server

Tags: Microsoft, Server 2003 SBS, Service Pack 2

I have an SBS server that keeps loosing the firewall settings for traffic to the OWA and RWW site.  If I go through the server management tools and repair the internet and email settings, the websites will work for a short period of time.  But for no apparent reason, the site with then just stop working and users will get a "internet explorer cannot display the webpage".  But if I run the repair wizard, all is back to normal.  The OWA and RWW site continue to work on the local LAN even if the internet users get the error trying to access the page.  So I know it is a firewall issue in SBS but cannot explain why the settings just revert as if I specified those services not to be available.Start Free Trial
