Installation of Windows Update KB940357 always Failed

I'm using Windows Small Business Server R2 Premiun Edition and I was install WSUS 2.0 for updating Server and Client PCs. All installation is running well except for KB940357. The installation is always failed and keep asking me to install thsi update. I check with MS website and it seems that KB940357 it's a very important update for the SBS Server.
