What is the best way to move a Win 2k3 SBS server to full windows domain?

I just inherited a site that is running the standard version of win 2k3 SBS server w/ Exchange.  We will be hosting their email so we will no longer need the exchange functionality.  I want to add their server to our domain as a member server.  This server will be used as an onsite file and print server.  I looked at the transition pack but it costs 3 times what a new windows 2k3 server license would cost.  They currently have a lot of files and printers setup on this server.  What would be the best way to transition form SBS to a windows member server?Start Free Trial
