Inconsistent Client Connectivity Issues with Some Domain Clients

Tags: Microsoft, Small Business Server (SBS) 2003, 2003, Networking
I am experiencing some very strange connectivity issues for some of the clients on the network.

The network consists of a PIX501 attached to a 24 port switch and a Linksys Wireless Router. The switch is connected to  13 computers internally. There are 15 computers that connect throughout the day via the VPN in the PIX.

3 Users have experienced the loss or partial loss of connectivity to the server.

User 1: Can not connect to shared drives or My Documents. Can connect to the internet and Exchange thru Outlook. Periodically have gotten connectivity back, most recently thru deleting and recreating the user account. The access has disappeared again after a logoff and logon. Only one drive was successfully mapped. No access to others. On the same machine if I log in as Administrator I can see all mapped drives AND Offline Files works with the My Documents folder.

User 2: Mapped drives connect, but My Documents lost Offline Files. Seems to be working now that I deleted and recreated the user account. Was able to log off and back on successfully and map drives.

User 3: Can not access My Documents. Mapped drives work. Have tried to force GP and delete and recreate My Documents folder with no success.

Aditonal Notes;
The server has a folder called 69 that appears in User Shared Folders. If I delete it, it comes back.
Trend Micro Client Server Messaging for SMB. Have license for 30 with seat count for 34. Working with Trend Micro to straighten this out as it should be 40 licenses.

Anybody else have this experience/can help sort it out?

Thanks in advance. I am very frustrated at this point.
