Port Redirection to internal NIC via a 2x NIC SBS (no ISA)?

Hi Guys,

We have a new phone system being installed that the suppliers need remote access too. We have an SBS2003 r2 box with 2 NIC's but no ISA (for now).

I've set the router to redirect the traffic on port 5090 (as the vendor asked) but I can only point it to the server. So it's currently: ALL Wan traffic on port 5090 -> 192.168.1.1 (SBS's external network NIC). Now I need to point all traffic hitting the SBS on that port to go to a NIC on the internet network via the SBS(192.168.254.241). Can this be done or do I need ISA?

Any help is much appreciated!
