Can Windows SBS 2003 OEM be upgraded to the Full Monty ?

I've inherited two servers:

A) Windows SMS 2003 OEM
B) Windows Server 2003 OEM

...and I am developing a disaster recovery plan using Acronis True Image Echo with Universal Restore (we already own this software) because we need to be able to restore a machine to new hardware in hours and not days.

I am aware that OEM licensing forbids this type of disaster recovery plan, so I'm wondering if it is possible to purchase a full version of the server software and, in essence, upgrade ourselves to non-OEM versions.

I ran across the following thread that seems to indicate this may be possible, but I'm already on OEMSBS2003 R2...
