After migrating SBS 2003 to new hardware, unable to open other users mailboxes

Asked by zafaric in SBS Small Business Server, Exchange Email Server

A few days ago we migrated our Windows Small Business Server 2003 STD to new hardware.  Everything went smoothly. Now some of the users who were ale to open other users'  mailboxes in Outlook 2003 can not open them.  It gives the error message unable to diplay the folder.  We have tried removing and re-assigning the access rights but that does not help.  Both Windows and Exchange have SP2 applied. Any users with administrative rights do not have this issue. Any help is appreciated. Start Free Trial
