SBS 2003 Licensing

My client needs to expand its current SBS license to support up to 350 users. They currently have only 150 and can take no more. They've been purchaing th 5-10 user retails licenses. Is there a volume license that can take all this? They are using per client licensing scheme. Who can i contact for pricing options. thanks
