An SBS2003 installation has a user account named for the workstation in which it is assigned. An e-mail address was created after after the user's proper name. The user cannot send Internet e-mail out from M$ Exchange as an NDR report comes back indicating that useraccount@company.com is an un-resolvable e-mail address. I tried creating a new e-mail address after the user's proper name and setting that to be the primary SMTP address with no result. I create a new user account after the user's proper name and make the user name equal to DN of her e-mail address. This account can only send e-mail out and not receive any messages.
How can I connect the new user to the previous user's e-mail box. There seems to be no direct setting to do so in Exchange.
I really do know what else to do other than suggest the user use GMail...
