VPN in SBS - Connects Fine...... Explorer Problem

Zones: SBS Small Business Server, Virtual Private Networking (VPN)
I have a VPN set up in SBS2003 - all was working fine but for some reason now when i connect it says authenticated and that's great but when I open up the Server's IP address in Explorer the box pops up and then disappears again - and the same thing happens if I click run and type the IP of the server in too (local IP that is).  What's happening?
