error on Defualt SMTP Virtual Server

I have somthing strange on my Exchange system manager on SBS2003 as I found the Queues is a huge so I went to Defualt SMTP Virtual Server under Current session:
Mail88.messagelabel.com   85.158.139.163
SMTP2-out.qualitynet.net    213.189.95.62

I don't know what is going on would you please advice.
