SBS2003 Sharepoint - CompanyWeb says "Service Unavailable"

  We have SBS2003 with SP2 installed.  The event log shows
Source:  W3SVC-WP
Error:  2214
The HTTP Filter DLL D:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\exchweb\bin\auth\owaauth.dll failed to load.

Followed by:
Source:  W3SVC-WP
Error:   2268
Could not load all ISAPI filters for site/service.  Therefore startup aborted.

   I didn't see any updates recent enough to cause trouble, I did look up on Microsoft.com any updates that included the owaauth.dll and only found one, KB931978.  We've uninstalled that.  Same problem.Start Free Trial
