How can I update / recreate the SBSCLNT.exe file?

I am working on an old sbs 2000 server and the original SBSCLNT.exe file was set use ISA and proxy settings plus a couple of other, now unused, bits and pieces.  I have recently added a new pc to the network and discovered that these settings are being enforced and I would like to update this file so that it is current.  Unfortunately I was not the person who set the server up and it does more than just map drives ( i think ) otherwise I would just write  a normal login script.  Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
