SBS 2003 Activation Loop

Hello,

Got a bunch of problems right now but they all started with the Activation screen

Restarted the SBS 2003 server and after the login screen I get the This copy of Windows must be activated before you can continue. Well this copy has been activated before, if I hit yes it says this copy has already been activated and back to the login screen. If I hit no, back to login screen and if I hit cancel, the Server shuts down.

Safemode wasn't an option so I read a post on EE they explanined how to edit the boot.ini file and add the safemode option. Got into safe mode but everytime I try and reboot the Server, it tells me that I am limited to 256mb of ram even though the bios says it sees 4gb.

Finally I get the server to boot normally at all now, every time it comes up in Safe Mode, regardless of what option I Choose.....

I am this close to blowing the whole thing up!

Anyways, does any of this sound familiar to a singular issue, or does it sound like different problems.
