Demote an existing Server 2003 DC and replace with SBS 2003 R2 Premium

Hi

I have a small network (20 clients, XP Pro) with a Server 2003 as the DC.
I plan to demote the Server 2003 machine and install an SBS 2003 R2 Premium machine as the DC, the server 2003 will participate in the new domain as a web and file server.

Here is my plan:-

1. Config SBS box and create user and computer accounts (do not want to migrate accounts from existing AD).
2. DCpromo to demote existing 2k3 server.
3. Add demoted 2k3 machine to sbs box via Set Up Servers wizard
4. Add clients to new SBS domain via ConnectComputer wizard and migrate existing profiles.

Sure this will work ok, does anyone see any potential problems?

Any advice welcome

Many thanks
Dave.
