Migrated from server 2000 to SBS 2003, Users lose connection to server when the old server is shutdown

I Migrated my old 2000 server to a new SBS 2003 Server. I thought everything was changed over, however when I shutdown the old server some users but not all lost connection to internet and email.
What is causing this? could it be my logon script? Start Free Trial
