Can a file version be recovered without VSS on SBS 2003?

I restored a .mdb file to day before yesterday, the last backup. They need yesterday. Shadow copies was not enabled on this drive. Any chance of getting last night's version of this file? The file is on an SBS 2003 server.Start Free Trial
