2 domains on 1 network?

We have an SBS2003 network with 15 workstations. All is well currently.

We are about to share our premises with another company who will be bringing their own 2003 (not SBS) Server and 5 workstations on site. They will be sharing our network infrastructure, but using their own domain. There will be no interaction between the 2 domains.

I know that we can only have 1 DHCP Server on a network, but apart from that, are there any other factors that would cause problems with this?
