my sbs server crashed so I took the image and imaged it onto another server using acronis and then rebooted everything and brought up the whole network. everyone could email but not receive so I then re added outlook onto the computer and everything worked now there are two users who cannot receive email and when I reconfigure their outlook they still cannot receive mail. when I use message tracking on the server it just states it is delivering their email to their mailbox over and over. When it works it just states that one time. I was wondering what could be going on.
