Recurring memory Alert at the same time each day (even weekends when nobody is working) - How do I determine what is causing this error?

I received an e-mail from our server each day telling me "A large amount of memory is committed to applications and processes. Consistently high memory usage can cause performance problems."  

The message comes at the same time every day - even on weekends when nobody is using the server.  How do I search to determine what is causing this alert?  I checked scheduled events and it does not appear that anything that is on the list of scheduled events should be causing this problem.   Our nightly backups are completed around 4;30 a.m.  We are using Windows SBS 2003.Start Free Trial
